Assess. Treat.
Perform.
Injuries are not a question of if — they're a question of when. Robin JJ Williams brings over a decade of professional rugby physiotherapy experience to Ballito, treating athletes and everyday people through evidence-based assessment, hands-on treatment and injury prevention.
No referral needed. Open to all ages and fitness levels — from weekend warriors to competitive athletes.
Not just physio.
Sport-specific physio.
Sports physiotherapy is a specialised branch of physiotherapy built around what physical performance actually demands of the body — how muscles, joints, tendons and the nervous system respond under load, stress and repeated movement. It goes beyond treating an injury after it happens: the goal is diagnosing it accurately, treating it properly, and building the resilience to stop it recurring.
At Maddog, that means working with a physiotherapist who has spent over a decade doing exactly this at the highest level of professional sport — not a generalist clinic offering physio as one of many services.
Assess. Treat. Perform.
Sports physiotherapy focuses on the prevention, assessment, treatment and rehabilitation of sports and exercise-related injuries. Whether you're a professional athlete or someone who moved wrong unloading the car — pain and restricted movement affect quality of life. Robin JJ Williams is here to fix it.
Services include injury diagnosis, manual therapy, rehabilitation programmes, strengthening and conditioning, movement screening, injury prevention and return-to-sport testing. Maddog athletes receive preferential rates on all consultations.
Maddog Athletes: Preferential rates apply on initial consultations and follow-up appointments for active Maddog Performance Institute members.
